Import Wizard with Error Checking

Importing prospect lists is not complicated because Emailcode’s list import system makes it easy to upload new contacts, profiling data and related information.

Just start with an Excel CSV (Comma Separated Value) file, with a header row that includes column (field) names, and Emailcode’s import wizard will guide you through a series of simple steps. You will be prompted to add the profiling fields and list settings, and you’ll see a list of each of the fields to import with a simple pull-down menu to quickly map the fields when importing. All of your standard and custom fields will be mapped.

During the import process Emailcode checks for errors, duplicates and incorrectly formatted data. Emailcode also removes any contacts that are on the Emailcode Suppression List.

Export Lists for review and reporting

Make the most of your data by exporting lists and data mining. For instance you can export a list of 'OPENERS' for personal follow up.  Simply select the list or lists to export and the entire list is delivered in CSV format. The Emailcode wizard walks you step-by-step through the export process. The exported file contains all fields and additional profiling information you’ve collected.
